Refunds and Guarantees.

1. Do you offer any guarantee/refunds.

Yes and no! Where the mistake is on our behalf we will offer a full refund upon request on
cards already printed and you get to keep the cards. Shipping fees will not be included in this. However if the mistake is made on your behalf we will not send you any refund. We advise our customers to please re-read or proof read any information they send to us to us beofre sneding the order form and preview samples of our cards that we send to them containing their beloved photo and names adn birth details etc..before purchasing.

2. I ordered the e version of your comfort cards and realize there is a mistake on the card. Can you change it?
We will be happy to send you a corrected version of the e card.

1. Can I see a sample of my card with my beloved photo and details before I buy?
Sure you can. Visit our catalog page and choose the design you want. Click the link titled order sample. This should be done next to the particular design you have chosen. Fill out the order form and send it to us.

2. Can I request more than one sample card along with my beloved photo and other details?
This is why we are here! You can choose as many designs to sample with or you can work with one design and watch us tweak it to your imagination and satisfaction! Experiment with round photo, oval photo, border or no border for your photos and so much more. The only problem is you will have to fill out the form numerous times. Have you got time for that? Then good for you! Go ahead and indulge yourself!

3. Am I obligated to buy once I request a sample?
No. But we sure hope you do! Or at least when you are ready to buy you remember us as your seller. We like to be rewarded for our efforts! Even if it means a simple email telling us your reason for not purchasing at the moment is fine, we will appreciate that. It might even help us improve our services...Thanks.

4. What is the minimum amount of cards I can order?
24 is the least amount you can order. This applies to both the e version and mailed version of cards.

5. Why can't I order less than the minimum of 24 cards?
If you are willing to play the total price of 24 cards then we would be happy to send you less cards. Really? No. It is costly for us to print less cards.

6. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
We usually ship within 24 hours whether it's by email or by traditional mail.

1.What does UV coated mean?
"UV coating" refers to surface treatments which are either cured by ultraviolet radiation, or protect the underlying material from its harmful effects. It is a plastic coating that is applied after the printing process revealing a shiny gloss finish. It is first applied in liquid form, then bonded and cured with ultraviolet light yielding a very tough, almost unscratchable surface that is the most durable. UV coating makes a prints look classy and are very eye catching taking abuse well and hides finger print.

2.How do I submit a review?
On the catalog page click reviews and rating found next to the specific card background that you would like to send a review for. You should see a link that says submit your review. Just fill out the form and your review will have been added. You can also tweet us your review on twitter or send us an email.
